Terms and Conditions

Rousu Detailing, LLC strives to provide utmost quality services to our clients to give them the best detailing experience. By scheduling with Rousu Detailing, LLC, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions listed below. 

Vehicle Terms.

Every vehicle is different. Depending on the size and condition of the vehicle, we reserve the right to charge for the vehicle accordingly. By booking with our company, you acknowledge that all package prices may vary. Once the vehicle is inspected, we will point out any additional charges (as applicable) before the service begins. There will not be any hidden or surprising fees at the end of service.

​When booking a service, please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. If our technicians have to wait more than 15 minutes for the client to move their belongings, we reserve the right to charge a loss of time fee of $20. Rousu Detailing, LLC will not move personal belongings due to safety and liability reasons.

We ask that any youth car seats or booster seats please be removed before arrival. If for any reason the car seat or booster seat may not be removed, we will do our absolute best to clean around it. We value your child's safety, for that reason, we will not remove any car seats, booster seats, or any youth traveling gear under any circumstances.

Please understand, pet hair and sand are two of the hardest things to remove in a vehicle, even with specialized tools and equipment. We will do our absolute best to ensure quality service.

There will be an upcharge for biohazard removal (vomit, blood, urine, etc.) We cannot guarantee full removal.

When it comes to cleaning windows, factors such as temperature may cause a window to have a film on it which may lead to streaking. To remove that, please let the car cool down then take a soft rag such as microfiber and wipe the window down. We apologize for the inconvenience, that is simply the nature of cleaning windows.

​

Please note that any and all vehicles are only able to be cleaned to the best of our abilities. Any vehicles that have hard rust spots, holes rusted through the vehicle, paint chips, and tar and brake dust embedded too far into the clear coat may not be repairable by Rousu Detailing, LLC. No stain or odor is guaranteed to be removed with even with our top-of-the-line equipment. We will do our very best to remove any that are applicable or greatly reduce the ones that are too far gone.

When handling buttons and knobs, Rousu Detailing, LLC cannot be held accountable for any lettering that may become damaged during treatment. In cases where heavy dirt and grime necessitate extra cleaning solutions, treating these areas may result in fading or loss of lettering, for which we assume no responsibility.

Exposure to natural and industrial pollutants can potentially harm your vehicle's paint. Substances like bugs, bird droppings, tree sap, etc., can embed themselves into the clearcoat. While it is possible to remove them with intensive chemical treatments, there may be residual marks. To fully eliminate these marks, depending on their severity, polishing the clearcoat may be necessary.

Any exterior trim pieces may be beyond the point of restoring, we will try our very best to restore them to their full capacity. Remember, all vehicles can only be restored to the best of their abilities.

When we apply a sealant or wax to your vehicle, it is important that you care for it when we are done. Any sealant or wax that is improperly cared for may result in the durability being cut short. It is important that you do not wash your vehicle for 4 days to fully let it cure to your paint. Car washes are not recommended to be done when wax, sealant, or ceramic coatings are active. It is important to wash your car by hand or with a hose to ensure the quality of your protection stays.​

Cancelation Policy.

Rousu Detailing, LLC asks that you contact us 24 hours ahead of time for any cancellations or rescheduling. You may reschedule on our website for a different time, or contact us via phone or email.

Photo and Video Rights.

​

When you schedule a booking with us, you grant us permission to capture photos/videos of the before and after results, as well as record during the service. These images and videos may be shared on our social media platforms and website. We will not disclose clients’ names or any personal details online.

If you do not agree with this policy and wish for us to not record or post your vehicle, please fill out this form listed below. ​

Service Guaranteed.

​

At Rousu Detailing, LLC, our primary objective is customer satisfaction. If our service technician fails to meet all service requirements or delivers unsatisfactory service, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.

It is the client's responsibility to promptly notify us of any concerns regarding incomplete or unsatisfactory service. Failure to report issues within 24 hours post-service may impact our ability to schedule a redo. We are committed to addressing any issues with service quality to the best of our ability.

If rework is declined by the client, they assume responsibility for choosing not to proceed with our service resolution.

​

Rework is  only applicable to services included in the original package. Any additional recommendations agreed upon by the client and technician are not eligible for a rework as they were not part of the initial service.

Payments.

​

Payment must be made upon completion of the service; failure to do so will result in an additional charge.

​

Each client who books a service with us must verbally agree to the pre-inspection and post inspection of the vehicle. Failure to do so results in the right for a rework being revoked. 

​

Depending on the condition of your car and the service you purchased, Rousu Detailing, LLC may recommend a different package to fulfill your vehicle needs. for example, if you have heavy stains and odors but do not order the premium packages, we will inform you that the stains and odor will not go away unless you order a premium package.

​General Terms and Conditions.

 

When our company offers ceramic coatings and paint corrections, these services necessitate a dedicated shop space. Packages that include these services will clearly specify the requirement for a shop. The exact location of the shop will be provided to the client. Failure to perform these services in a suitable shop environment may result in improper application and compromise the quality of the work

 

Rousu Detailing, LLC bears no responsibility for the loss or damage of vehicles or items within vehicles due to accidents, fire, theft, or similar incidents.

 

During vehicle inspection, the technician will talk to the client about any concerns regarding the vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate with the technician for what their desired detail is. Then, the technician will recommend what should be done.

Rousu Detailing, LLC may request rescheduling to a future date due to inclement weather.

 

Rousu Detailing, LLC reserves the right to correct inaccurate quotes, payments, prices, description of service, etc., and to update information as soon as possible without notice.
